"The Fulltone Fulldrive FD2 Overdrive Pedal includes a 'clean' channel with a low-gain response depending on how you set the mini-toggle switch and volume. This channel is capable of providing dynamic and open sounding overdrives which would be ideal for 'edge-of-breakup' tones. When the boost is engaged, it brings its own overdrive control and boost level. This offers multiple uses and can deliver a clean boost or a more compressed overall level with violin-like sustain for smooth soloing."
